Atomic Reset ("the app", "we") is a personal discipline and streak-tracking app. This policy explains, in plain English, what information the app handles and how. The short version: your data is used to run the app for you — it is never sold, and there are no ads.
We do not collect your contacts, location, browsing history, or advertising identifiers, and we run no third-party analytics or ad trackers.
Data is stored with Supabase (database and authentication) and the app is served by Vercel. Access is protected by row-level security rules: the database itself enforces that people can only read what they're allowed to read.
In Profile → Settings → Erase all data, you can wipe your progress, including the cloud copy, at any time. To delete your entire account, use Profile → Settings → Delete account, or contact us at the email below and we'll remove it.
Atomic Reset is intended for adults 18 and older. Do not use the app if you are under 18.
Atomic Reset is a discipline tool, not medical or mental-health treatment. If compulsive behavior is causing real distress, please talk to a licensed professional.
If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
